Whilst treatment of your condition is our main priority at Excel, we like to think that the service you receive from initial contact to discharge is second to none. Ann Kennett has been with the company since day one and heads up the admin team of Joanne, Nicola and Tai in ensuring that all the administrative care behind your treatment is dealt with efficiently and with as little fuss as possible. This will include payment whether at point of service provision (for self- funders) or dealing directly with insurance companies. They will also contact you 24 hours prior to you appointment to provide a reminder.
