I honestly can’t recommend this physio and acupuncture treatment enough. After trying so many different things over the years, this is the first time I’ve genuinely felt like I’m making progress. The combination of physio and acupuncture has helped me feel looser, more comfortable and much more in control of my pain. I’ve noticed a real difference both physically and mentally, and I’m so grateful to have finally found something that is actually helping me.Posted on Google![]()

Gary’s been helping me for a LONG time now for my shoulder issues on and off. He’s always been willing to help out and I still have contact with him. To be honest he’s become a good friend now. My shoulder issues have been very complex and we’ve always worked around things. He’s overall just a great guy! Cheers Gary!!Posted on Google![]()

Gary has worked with our teenage son over the last 18 months for recovery from his dislocated knee injury and subsequent surgery. Gary is friendly and personable, putting my son at ease, whilst also providing clear explanations of the injury and exercises required to aid recovery. I would definitely recommend him as a physio.Posted on Google![]()

I've been going here for over 10 years whenever I have had an injury or muscle/joint issue and Gary has been superb every time. He has helped fix my issues every time and has never been one to constantly keep me on the books when it is not necessary. Very kind and caring manner and is so eager to help any situation. I regularly recommend Excel to anyone and everyone that mentions needing a physio as they are completely worth it!Posted on Google![]()

Three of our clan have recently received treatment and advice from Gary. His service is absolutely outstanding and we would most certainly, and have, recommended him.
