I had to rehabilitate my leg following surgery for a broken heel that left me with 3 screws in my foot and no load bearing for 6 weeks. Gary was excellent. The physiotherapy sessions and exercises reduced my recovery time drastically. He understood immediately where my rehab was at and how hard we could push things. It really was a tailored response to what was required. The exercises while hard were fun which made doing them easier. While progress felt slow at first this just reinforced the extent of the surgery and the effort required. And it wasn’t long before I was back on my feet and rock climbing again. I can’t recommend Excel highly enough.

I’ve seen Gary on a number of occasions and each course of treatment has been successful. It’s a ‘no fuss’, honest assessment and treatment style that works. I’ve recently seen a chiropractor who basically wanted me to enter a financial agreement for an 18 session course of treatment. None of this with Gary. Problem solved and told “you’re good, no more appointments needed”. The receptionists are lovely and very welcoming to all. I would highly recommend.
