EXCELLENT Based on 295 reviews Posted on Robert JeapesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Visited Gary with an issue in my ankle. After brief discussion and examination problem diagnosed as tendinitis, relevant exercise program created and problem solved within 1 month. Very professional. Highly recommendPosted on Marcin OsmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Gary has been brilliant in helping with my back pain. From the first session, he quickly understood the problem and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. His treatment was practical, effective, and tailored to what I needed rather than feeling generic. He gave me exercises and advice that genuinely made a difference. Over time, my pain improved a lot, along with my mobility and confidence getting back to normal activities. He’s professional, approachable, and clearly cares about getting good results for his patients. I’d happily recommend Gary to anyone struggling with back pain.Posted on Stephen CrittendenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Friendly, professional and helpful staff all round. Booked in to see Gary as my right leg lost most of it's strength and I was getting shooting pains up and down it too. I had been to see specialists but was not getting any treatment for the problems so I went to Excel instead. Through evaluation of where, when and the type of pain I was getting, Gary set me a set of exercises, these he adapted as necessary over the next few sessions. With these exercises, some muscle work during the sessions, regular re-evaluation, after just five visits over the next 10 weeks, my leg had gained much strength and virtually ceased the shooting pains. Advice was given on how best to sleep and sit to avoid aggregating the problem again. Life has become much happier as I can enjoy walking again, and general day to day is pain free. Gary advised on further exercises to continue to do in the future to help stop any reoccurrence. Thank you all.Posted on Callum BasingerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Gary knows his stuff. I couldn’t recommend more! Thank you to Gary, Jo, Vicky and Karen Gary you have helped me to feel more mobile again, after experiencing a lot of lower back pain. The sessions have been extremely good for me and the videos of my exercises, are a fab idea, as I would forget, otherwise. I have booked more physio sessions with you, and will continue to come back to you, whenever my body needs fixing Many thanks againPosted on Nancy DearTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After suffering an injury early on in my marathon training, I was in a bit of a panic! Gary identified the issue and gave me strengthening exercises to target the area alongside massage, stretching and taping. Over the course of my training my injury progressively improved and I was able to complete the London Marathon with no knee pain at all! Gary is very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive, I would not hesitate to recommend him.Posted on Michael FoxTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Been Going to see Gary at Excel for the last 10 weeks with TMJ disorder which most physiotherapist no very little about , from start Gary had a plan to help and so far so good . I’ve had a 100% improvement from the 1st session , friendly service, approachable and at ease in their care . Sessions are not rushed and you don’t feel like just a client, but they listen and explore all possibilities causing the issues . Highly recommend. Will be continuing treatment to prevent any reoccurrence.Posted on StuartTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Been coming to Excel for various sporting injuries and imbalances over the years. Gary is very knowledgable and professional in his field and has always shown a geniune care to get his patients back on the right path asap. Would highly recommend.Posted on Maria Doris AspinallTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Gary has been wonderful in alleviating my back and leg pain due to spinal stenosis. During my first session, I told Gary that I had been worried as my orthopaedic surgeon suggested surgery. He reassured me that it won't be necessary as with the right exercises and manipulation, the pain should dissipate. He was right! My mobility and flexibility have significantly improved. Overall, a lovely practice, welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Gary and his practice.
