Thank you to Gary, Jo, Vicky and Karen Gary you have helped me to feel more mobile again, after experiencing a lot of lower back pain. The sessions have been extremely good for me and the videos of my exercises, are a fab idea, as I would forget, otherwise. I have booked more physio sessions with you, and will continue to come back to you, whenever my body needs fixing Many thanks againPosted on Nancy DearTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After suffering an injury early on in my marathon training, I was in a bit of a panic! Gary identified the issue and gave me strengthening exercises to target the area alongside massage, stretching and taping. Over the course of my training my injury progressively improved and I was able to complete the London Marathon with no knee pain at all! Gary is very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive, I would not hesitate to recommend him.Posted on Michael FoxTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Been Going to see Gary at Excel for the last 10 weeks with TMJ disorder which most physiotherapist no very little about , from start Gary had a plan to help and so far so good . I’ve had a 100% improvement from the 1st session , friendly service, approachable and at ease in their care . Sessions are not rushed and you don’t feel like just a client, but they listen and explore all possibilities causing the issues . Highly recommend. Will be continuing treatment to prevent any reoccurrence.Posted on StuartTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Gary has been wonderful in alleviating my back and leg pain due to spinal stenosis. During my first session, I told Gary that I had been worried as my orthopaedic surgeon suggested surgery. He reassured me that it won't be necessary as with the right exercises and manipulation, the pain should dissipate. He was right! My mobility and flexibility have significantly improved. Overall, a lovely practice, welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Gary and his practice.Posted on Clare EdwardsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have had a great experience at Excel Physiotherapy, having had cause to visit Gary for two separate injuries over recent years. I would not hesitate to recommend Gary as a physiotherapist, with his ability to diagnose and treat causes of pain effectively. With the exercises given, over a period of weeks and further sessions, I became stronger and the pain subsided. Gary is both friendly and professional, which made me feel at ease. The reception team are very helpful too, they try to squeeze you in when there are no appointments left. Putting you on the waiting list and calling when sessions become available. I was also very grateful for the reminder texts sent the day before.Posted on Annie MaguireTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t recommend Gary enough! During my marathon training, I started experiencing some pain in my right knee and was worried it might derail my progress. Thanks to Gary’s expertise and tailored treatment plan, I was able to recover, stay on track, and make it to race day feeling strong and run pain free! Thank you again.Posted on james shailerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been using this practice for at least 10 years, allsorts of complaints, and recently my wife needs some help. NHS just didn’t cut it ? Very professional very easy to understand the exercises would highly recommend.Posted on Lesley KennedyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot recommend Michelle from Excel highly enough. My sciatic type pain she diagnosed immediately as being a muscular issue. Gave me exercises to do and about 3 months and 3 visits later pain gone. I can’t thank her enough and wouldn’t bother going to the Dr & seeing their physio, I’d go straight back to see Michelle.
