Initial enquiries and bookings are directed through the very experienced admin team and throughout the whole treatment process they will be happy to assist with any administrative procedures. This will include payment whether at point of service provision (for self funding clients) or dealing directly with insurance companies. They will also contact you 24 hours prior to your appointment to provide a reminder.
